Important Details for TatakAsul Golf Cup:

  1. Date: Sept. 16 Fri. 7-730am (Tee Off Time to be finalized)
  2. Venue: Hallow Ridge San Pedro Laguna (1hr to 1 1/2hr from QC)
  3. Player Fees: P3,500 (GF, Cart, Buffet Food) to be paid until Aug. 31 Wed. Details of Payment to follow c/o Jolly Diaz. Plus mandatory Caddie Tip of P700 to be given directly to Caddies.
    1. Beer/Alcohol consumption KKB, bringing of Alcohol corkage fee, still for NEGO to be FREE.
    2. Bringing of Additional Food w/o Corkage Fees, for NEGO also.
  4. Non Player Fees for Fellowship: P1,000/pax. Deadline of payment is also Aug. 31 Wed.
  5. Tournament System:
    1. Scramble by Pairs, target is 48-52 players (12 to 13 Flights)
    2. Sequential Start
    3. Pairings will be made based on Handicap totals of the pair. No WHS players will be assigned with a Handicap of either 15 or 25.
    4. Each pair can buy a maximum of 2 Mulligans, P1,000/Mulligan to be booked and paid 2 days before the Tournament (9/14). Only 1 Mulligan per pair and per 9 holes will be allowed (1 Mulligan in the front, 1 in the back 9).
    5. Only 3 pairs will be declared as winners (1st, 2nd & 3rd Place)
    6. Special Awards will be given out (Details TBA)
  6. Announcement of Final Pairings and Flight Schedules:
    1. Sept. 9 announcement of Final Roster and Pairings, practice day at a Driving Range and Mini Get Together after (Venue TBA)
    2. Schedule of Flights to be announced on the Day itself of The Tournament 9/16 Fri.
    3. All players must be at the Tee Box after registration for the Ceremonial Tee and Photo Ops.
  7. For the Donations for our winners, special awardees and if its still possible, for raffle, please coordinate with Danny Carlos. (Ex. GCs, Merchandise, etc.)
