In 2016, we celebrated our 25th anniversary by raising funds for an endowment to pay for the tuition and fees of a Senior High School student for two years. In 2019, our first scholar graduated from ASHS and is now doing very well in the Loyola Schools. This year, our second scholar graduated, along with three other scholars, all of whom we provided with food allowances. All four of them have been accepted in the Loyola Schools with full scholarships, but where they will study is not yet final because—like most of their peers—they are still waiting for the UP results.What follows are their graduation photos, as well as the writeups we asked them to submit.=====Don Myron B. It has led me to experience a lot of joy, as well as an opportunity to connect with new friends and contexts beyond my personal life. My constant dedication with regard to my education and future have also led me to contributing significant effort toward academics, achieving consistent honor awards throughout Junior High School until Senior High School.My next steps after this important milestone in my life would be to continue onward with my journey alongside Ateneo for the next 4 years, and hopefully be able to also reciprocate all the help and generosity I have received throughout my experiences to the institution and to those who have helped me after I have finished my education.With all these in mind, I would like to take this opportunity to once again express my deepest and sincerest gratitude to Blue 8791 for your kindness and generosity.
